TIFF Tag Reference
TIFF Tag ConsecutiveBadFaxLines
Used in the TIFF-F standard, denotes the maximum number of consecutive 'bad' scanlines received.
The BadFaxLines and ImageLength data indicate only the quantity of bad lines. The ConsecutiveBadFaxLines field is an indicator of the distribution of bad lines and may therefore be a better general indicator of perceived image quality.
