Used in IFD 0 of DNG files.
LensInfo contains information about the lens that captured the image. If the minimum f-stops are unknown, they should be encoded as 0/0.
Value 0 is Minimum focal length in mm.
Value 1 is Maximum focal length in mm.
Value 2 is Minimum (maximum aperture) f-stop at minimum focal length.
Value 3 is Minimum (maximum aperture) f-stop at maximum focal length.
